Their photographs stay private
Your photographs are private by default, stored in the EU, and never used to train anything. No one sees them unless you choose to share.
The music is made for them
Every track is made with AI — Stable Audio and Google Lyria 2 — never taken from commercial recordings. Each one carries the provider's permission for commercial use, checked and dated, and a film can only be built from tracks on that checked list.

How long does it take?
A few minutes. Their tribute is composed right after payment, and we email you the link as well — so you can close the page, step away, and come back to it whenever you feel ready.
Is this AI?
Yes, in part, and we would rather say so plainly. AI shapes the words you write into flowing prose and sets your photographs to music. It only ever works from what you share. It never invents a memory or a detail you didn't give us, and it never generates images of your pet — every photograph is yours.
Will it look cheap?
Judge that for yourself before you pay anything. The complete example above is exactly what arrives: the same film, the same book, the same memorial page you would receive.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us within 14 days and we'll remake it or refund you in full. Write to hello@pawandstory.com with your order email and your pet's name.
Are my photos safe?
They are private by default, stored in the EU, and never used to train anything. No one else sees them unless you choose to share, and you can delete everything at any time. Our servers keep the files for 90 days after delivery, then delete them automatically — with one exception: if your memorial page is public, the files are kept for as long as the page stays public. A private page does not postpone deletion, so please download your copy — it is yours to keep for life.
Can I share it?
Yes. You get one private link — nothing to install, no account to make — and anyone who has it can watch the film and read the book. They can also leave a memory of their own for the page, so it can grow as others remember them; nothing they write appears until you add it, and you can take anything down.
How long does the memorial page stay up?
We set no expiry date on it, and we keep it online while you keep it public with the sharing switch. If you switch the page back to private, the ordinary 90-day rule applies again and the files are removed at the next daily clean-up. A refund, or asking us to delete your data, also removes the page and the files. Your downloaded copies are yours either way.
